The applicant seeks permission to bring legal representatives of deceased/Devidas Bajirao Magar on record of First Appeal and also seeks to condone delay of 131 days.

The learned Advocate appearing for respondents opposes application contending that delay is not sufficiently explained. 4.

Considering submissions advanced, it appears that, reasons as incorporated in paragraph no.3 makes sufficient cause. Hence, following order:

ORDER

a.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (A), (B), (C) and (D).

b.

Amendment to be carried out within period of two weeks from today.
