By this application, applicants seek to extend time for removal of office objections as granted by this Court under order dated 05.02.2025 in Civil Application No.1239/2025. 2.

It appears that, vide order dated 07.05.2024 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court registration of First Appeal Stamp No.5051/2024 was refused. Thereafter, applicants filed Civil Application No.1239/2025 for setting aside order of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The said Civil Application was allowed vide order dated 05.02.2025 subject to condition that applicants remove office objections within period of four weeks. The cost of Rs.1000/- was imposed with further condition that in case of failure to remove office objections, order of Registrar (Judicial) shall govern the proceeding. It appears that, inspite of specific time granted, applicants could not remove office objections within time. Hence, this application.

Considering submissions advanced, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B), (C) and (D) subject to cost

(2) 912-ca-4543-2025.odt of Rs.2000/- to be deposited to Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court Bench at Aurangabad with further condition that applicants remove office objections within period of two weeks from today. In case to failure to remove office objections or deposit of cost, order of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court dated 07.05.2024 shall govern the proceeding.
