Vide order dated 27.02.2025 passed in Civil Application Nos.9905/2024 and 4589/2025 conditional order was passed directing applicants to supply copies for service of notice upon respondents, which was made returnable on 27.03.2025. Two weeks' time was granted for supplying copies with further stipulation that in case of failure to supply copies, applications shall dismissed against unserved respondents. The applicants could not supply copies within stipulated period. As such, suffered condition order.

Considering submissions advanced and averments in applications, Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B) and (C) subject to condition that applicants supply

In case of failure to either supply copies or deposit of cost, order dated 27.02.2025 shall govern the proceeding.
