These applications are filed by the original claimants seeking withdrawal of the amounts. While issuing notices in the First Appeals, this Court has granted stay subject to deposit of 50% amount under the award. The claimants are seeking withdrawal of this amount with accrued interest. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in identical matter arising out of the same project by order dated 24.10.2024 in Civil Application No.11594 of 2024 in FAST/6290/2021, an order allowing the withdrawal of

( 2 ) 956-CA-4578-2025 amount is passed and similar order be passed in the instant matter. 2.

In view of this, the Civil Applications are allowed. 3.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertakings with this Court. 4.

The Civil Applications are disposed of.
