This Application by the Respondents in the Appeal, who are the Original Claimants, for withdrawal of the amount. 2.

The learned Advocate for Appellant i.e. Acquiring Body submits that, he has received the cheque from the Acquiring Body and he would be depositing the same during the course of the day. He submits that, time limit granted to deposit the amount has already come to an end and therefore, he requests for extension of time.
