Learned advocate appearing for applicants submits that inadvertently, office objections could not be removed and he undertakes to remove the same within a period of six weeks from today.

In view of the submissions advanced and reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (C), subject to condition that applicants shall remove office objections within stipulated period. In case of failure to remove office objections within stipulated period, order dated 26.11.2024 passed by Registrar (Judicial) shall govern the proceeding.
