This is an application for restoration of the First Appeal, which was dismissed in default in view of conditional order dated 10.06.2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The appellants could not remove the office objections within the stipulated period. There is a delay of 40 days in filing the appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned. The appeal stands restored to its original position subject to
