This is an application for withdrawal of amount filed by the claimant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that six land reference cases were decided by common judgment and award and out of them, withdrawal of the amount is already granted in five cases by order dated 12th December 2024 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.12696 of 2023 in FA/2502/2023 with connected matters. He requests for withdrawal

( 2 ) 958-CA-4664-2025 of the amount on similar lines.

Considering the contentions raised, particularly the fact that the amount sought to be withdrawn is meager, the application is allowed. 3.

Applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertakings. 4.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
