Heard learned advocates appearing for respective parties. 2.
A request for adjournment is made on behalf of respondent, as learned advocate Mr. Sonpetkar is not keeping well. 3.
Mr. Patil, learned advocate appearing for appellants points out that under impugn order dated 03.04.2025, the appellants are held guilty for breach of temporary injunction and accordingly, they are directed to be detained in civil prison for a period of one month each from the date of their arrest under Order 39 Rule 2A of Civil Procedure Code. Mr. Patil would further point out that effect of aforesaid order has been stayed by the same Court for a period of 30 days. As such, the protection granted is expiring on 03.05.2025.

In view of this submission, stand over to 11.06.2025. 5.
Till then, interim protection granted by learned District Judge, Parbhani vide order dated 04.04.2025 below Exhibit-45 in Civil M.A. No.92 of 2022 to continue.
