This is the Application by the Acquiring Body to bring on record Legal Representatives of Deceased Respondent No.1 - Laxman Shamrao Bari and Deceased Respondent No.2 - Suklal Shamrao Bari in First Appeal No.1708 of 2019. A prayer is also made for condonation of delay in preferring this Application.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant / Acquiring Body submits that the names and the papers showing Respondents Nos.1A and 2A to 2G as Legal Heirs of Deceased Respondents are enclosed with the Application. He submits that the Acquiring Body has no source to ascertain the Legal Heirs of Deceased Respondents and, therefore, they are relying on the papers enclosed with the Application. 3.

None for Respondent Nos.1 to 5.

The learned AGP appears for Respondent Nos.6 to 8. 5.

In view of the above submission and contents of the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', 'B1' and 'C'. The delay caused in filing the Application is condoned. The amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks. Application stands disposed off accordingly.
