Applicants seek to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent/acquiring body.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that entire amount be disbursed. As against that, it is submitted by learned counsels for the acquiring body that this Court has taken consistent view in permitting the claimants to receive 50% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and further 25% of the amount on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Civil applications are allowed partly permitting the applicants to receive 50% amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and further 25% on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
