This is an Application by the Original Claimants in disposed off First Appeal for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company.

2.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that, the Appeal has been finally disposed off by the Judgment and Order dated 18/02/2025.

3.

The learned Advocate for the Insurance Company submits that, this Court by the aforesaid Judgment has enhanced the amount of compensation and he has ready with the cheque of the enhanced amount, which would be deposited in this Court and the Application may be allowed.

4.

On hearing both the sides, the Insurncen Company is permitted to deposit the cheque within a period of one [1] week. After the same is deposited, the Applicants are permitted to withdraw the same and the Application stands disposed off in terms of Prayer Clauses - 'B' and 'C'.
