Applicants seek to withdraw amount of Rs.28,62,871/- deposited by the respondent/acquiring body.

The application is contested by the acquiring body. It reveals from record that the enhancement is more than four

(4) times. It would be in the interest of justice to permit the applicants to receive 75% of the deposited amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking.

Civil application is allowed partly permitting the applicants to receive 75% of the amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
