The present application is filed for restoration of writ petition which is dismissed in default for non-removal of office objections. 2.

Learned advocate appearing for respondent No. 5 opposes the application on the ground of non removal of office objections within stipulated period.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned subject to cost of Rs.1,000/- (rupees one thousand only) to be paid to the Library of Bombay High Court Bar Association at Aurangabad, within a period of four (4) weeks from today.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'b'. The order dated 20.09.2024 is recalled and petition stands restored to its original position.
