Present application is for correction of name of the sole claimant Ranjana Ashok Naikwadi. It is contended that surname recorded as Naikwade, but it should be Naikwadi. 2.

Mistake is typographical and needs to be rectified. 3.

The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. For the purpose of this proceeding the applicant/claimant shall be treated to be Naikwadi. The civil application is disposed of.
