This is an Application by the Appellants to correct the surname of Respondents mentioned in the Appeal Memo. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Respondents submits that, the surname is Bhasme, which has been correctly referred before the learned Reference Court and the Appellants in the Appeal Memo wrongly mentioned the same as Bhasmare. He submits that, the Application can be allowed.
