Heard the learned Advocate for the parties.

A serious dispute is raised about notice of hearing to the petitioner by the learned Minister. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that it is usual practice before the Minister to send communication of the date of hearing. The contention of the petitioner, therefore, is that no such notice is issued to the petitioner.

The learned Advocate for the respondents and learned AGP maintained that the notices were issued to the petitioner. It is only after

Ethape ( 2 ) 962-WP-9451-2017 the receipt of such notices of hearing. The Minister has taken the hearing.

Considering above, the main question appears to be about receipt of notice of hearing by the petitioner.

In view of the same, call for record and proceeding from Mantralaya in Appeal No.2012/Pra. Kra.82/J-7A dated 23rd June 2014. 6.

Place the petition in urgent admission category on 17th June 2025 for final hearing.
