This motion is moved for speaking to the minutes of order dated 29.04.2025.

It is pointed out that in line No. 2 of para no. 1, figure 'Rs. 33,000/-' is mentioned, which should be 'Rs. 30,000/-'.

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // {2} CA-4918-2025 3.

In para no. 2, this Court directed applicant to pay monthly maintenance of Rs. 55,000/- as directed by the Trial Court, by deducting the amount of maintenance being paid in DV Act proceedings. However, the sentence "by deducting the amount of maintenance being paid in DV Act proceedings" is not reflected in the said order.

In para no. 4, Civil Application No. 4918 of 2025 is disposed of. Said application is for stay and in view of directions given in para 3, application cannot be disposed of. Hence, para no. 4 be deleted and it be substituted as follows: "4.

Since the present appeal is filed within limitation, Civil Application No. 4917 of 2025, filed for delay condonation, is disposed of."

In the light of above, in line no. 2 of para no. 1, figure "Rs. 33,000/-" be substituted by "Rs. 30,000/-." 6.

At the end of para no. 2 following sentence be added;

"by deducting the amount of maintenance being paid in DV Act proceedings."

Motion for speaking to the minutes is allowed. 8.

Corrections to be carried out accordingly and corrected copy be uploaded.
