The case of the petitioner herein is similar to the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 1810 of 2024. The petitioner also relied on order passed by the Division Bench at Nagpur. In short, the petitioner is going to superannuate on completion of 60 years of age by the end of this month. Initially, the age of superannuation was 62 years, but it has been reduced to 60 years.

The petitioner is ready go give an undertaking to serve the institute, without asking for any remuneration, but subject to outcome of the Writ Petition. In view of the same, the petitioner shall execute an undertaking that he will not ask for any remuneration, for the service, which he is going to render for the next two years only.

(2) 908- CA-4920-2025.odt Everything regarding monitory benefits for the service to be rendered for the next two years, would be subject to the decision in this Writ Petition.
