This is an Application for withdrawal of the remaining 50% amount deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court along with interest accrued thereon in the disposed of Appeal.

Heard learned Advocate for the Applicants and the learned AGP for the State.

The First Appeal which was preferred by the State of Maharashtra came to be disposed off by order dated 09.04.2025. The Applicants had already withdrawn 50% amount, which was deposited by the Acquiring Body and now since the Appeal is disposed off, they have preferred this Application for withdrawal of remaining 50% amount. In view of the above, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' thereof.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that the Applicants would approach the concerned office of this Court for the purposes of withdrawal and they may give their authority to one of the Applicants for withdrawal of the amount.
