This is an Application for withdrawal of remaining 50% amount deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court along with interest accrued thereon in the disposed of Appeal.

Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant and the learned AGP for the State.

The First Appeal which was preferred by the State of Maharashtra came to be disposed off by order dated 09.04.2025. The Applicant had already withdrawn 50% amount, which was deposited by the Acquiring Body and now since the Appeal is disposed off, he has preferred this Application for withdrawal of remaining 50% amount. 4.

In view of the same, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
