This is an application filed by the applicants - claimants for withdrawal of remaining 50% of the amount of compensation alongwith interest accrued thereon on furnishing solvent surety / security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The applicants rely upon the orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court as well as this Court in the matter of similarly situated applicants - claimants, whereby similarly situated claimants are permitted to withdraw the remaining 50% amount on

Having regard to the above, the application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clauses 'B' and 'C'.
