Learned Senior Advocate Shri Sakhare instructed by learned advocate Shri Kakde appears for the appellants and learned advocate Shri Gholap appears for respondent Nos.1, 4 and 5.

Shri Gholap points out that the appellants have

*2* 966ca5063o25 failed to carry out amendment of deletion of the names of respondent Nos.7, 8 and 9 despite specific direction in paragraph No.14 of the order dated 02.05.2025. He, therefore, contends that since amendment was not carried out, the matter could not become ready for further arguments at the stage of admission. 3.

Learned Senior Advocate for the appellants states that they are ready to carry out amendment forthwith and are ready for making submissions at the stage of admission. 4.

Amendment to delete the names of respondent Nos.7, 8 and 9 be carried out forthwith.

In view of the controversy involved in the matter, put up the matter for further consideration at the stage of admission on 16.07.2025.

Interim relief granted by order dated 02.05.2025 will continue till the next date.
