The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that registration of the writ petition had been refused by the Registrar vide order dated 3.4.2023, therefore, the applicant had filed Civil Application No. 691/2025 for re-registration of the writ petition and the same was allowed subject on condition of removing office objections and depositing of cost of Rs.3000/- in this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that however the advocate for the petitioner prosecuting that civil application expired and the re-registration order of writ petition could not be complied with. Thereafter, the applicant filed Civil Application 2989/2025 seeking extension to comply the aforesaid order. In view of the direction of this Court vide order dated 9.4.2025, the

CA 5273/25 present civil application is filed seeking further extention of time to deposit the cost amount and for restoration of the writ petition. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The impugned orders of the Registrar Judicial and this Court are recalled. The writ petition is restored, subject to condition that the petitioner removes the office objections and deposits the cost amount of Rs.3000/- within six weeks from today.
