This is an Application for correction of names of Respondent Nos. 6 and 7. The Application is filed in disposed off First Appeal No. 536 of 2019.

It is the contention of learned Advocates for both the sides that the names of Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 were wrongly typed in the Appeal memo itself and the same names got reflected in the Judgment and Order of this Court. They seek leave to correct the said names in the Appeal memo.

The Appellant in the Appeal is allowed to make necessary correction in the names of Respondent Nos. 6 and 7, forthwith. After the SG Punde
