This civil application is filed for condonation of delay of 3602 days caused in filing the cross objection. 2.

Perused the application and heard learned advocates for both sides. Learned A.G.P. for respondents strongly opposed the application and submitted that there is no sufficient cause shown to condone the delay. It is lastly prayed to reject the application. 3.

On perusal of the application and the reasons stated therein, it appears that delay is not deliberately caused. Therefore, the delay deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice and in view of law laid down in New Okhla Industrial Development
