By way of application, the Applicant seeks review of the order passed by this Court dated 04/10/2010 in WP/4011/1994. This Court finds that no error apparent on the face of record, as it seen in the judgment and order. This Court is not inclined to entertain the civil application. the review application is, therefore, disposed off. 7.
During the course of submissions, it is informed that since the review application is filed and pending before this Court, the parties have not acted upon the judgment and order passed in WP/4011/1994. The parties are, therefore, expected to act upon the said judgment in
( 3 ) view of dismissal of the review application within three months. 8.
