These applications are for restoration of the Writ Petitions which stood dismissed for non removal of office objections. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since no notices were issued to the respondents in Writ Petitions, notices of these applications be dispensed with.

Since the petitions are dismissed for want of removal office objections and at that stage, no notices were issued to the respondents, notices to respondents stand dispensed with in these applications. 4.

Perused the applications. Sufficient reasons are mentioned for not preferring the applications for restoration of these petitions in time. Hence, applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove

office objections within a period of six weeks. 6.
