This is an application for restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed for default due to non-compliance of office objections within stipulated time, pursuant to order dated 02nd August, 2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to inadvertence, he could not notice listing of the writ petition on 02nd August, 2024 and prays to allow the application.
