This is an Application for correction in the amount reflected in the Judgment passed by this Court on 25th April, 2025, disposing off the Appeal.

Mr. M. M. Ambhore, the learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the learned Tribunal had corrected the figures mentioned in the original Judgment and Award. He submits that the corrected figures towards the medical expenditure are reflected in the Tribunal's order dated 09.02.2022. He submits that the figures towards the medical bills reflected in the 5th line from the end of paragraph no. 9 of the Judgment passed by this Court needs to be corrected pursuant to the said correction made by the learned Tribunal and consequently, the total amount of compensation would change and needs to be corrected in the 4th line from the end of paragraph no. 9.

On going through the corrected order of the learned Tribunal, the correction in respect of amount towards the medical bills and amount towards the total compensation needs to be corrected as follows:

In place of Rs.1,44,100/- in the 5th line from the end of paragraph no. 9, an amount of Rs.1,12,809/- be mentioned, and in the 4th line from the end of paragraph no. 9, in place of Rs.4,94,100/-, Rs.4,62,809/- be mentioned.

The Judgment be corrected accordingly and corrected Judgment be uploaded.

Application stands disposed of.
