Learned counsel for the applicants prays for stay of operation of judgment and award dated 01.02.2023 under challenge. He would submit that amount under award would be deposited within period of 12 weeks.

There shall be ad-interim stay to the operation and execution of judgment and award passed by the reference court on 01.02.2023 in L.A.R.No.196 of 2007 on condition of depositing the compensation awarded by the reference court with accrued interest within period of 12 weeks.
