CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 5704 OF 2025 - 1.

In view of the fact that the management of respondent no. 2 - School is transferred to Adwaitya Pratishthan, Chh. Sambhajinagar, permission is granted to implead the said society as respondent no. 1-A to the writ petition.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Issue notice to respondent no. 1-A, returnable on 02.07.2025. 4.

Parties are put to notice that the petition may be heard finally at the admission stage.
