Learned counsel for the applicants submits that although the Cross Appeal was filed by way of e-filing, however, due to change in the software and some technical glitches, the system showed that the matter was not traceable. 3.

In view of the alleged issue of technical glitches in the e-filing, office is directed to give status report of e-filing No.EC-HCBM03-02612-2024, within one week from today, so that further orders in the Civil Application can be passed. 4.
