The present application is moved by legal heirs of deceased Smt. Radhabai Dada Wani, who is entitled to receive amount in terms of order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.14016 of 2015, along with connected company matters.

Learned Advocate appearing for applicants invites attention of this Court to the list of beneficiaries submitted by Chief Executive Officer, Sai Baba Sansthan, Shirdi, wherein name of Smt. Radhabai Dada Wani appears at serial No.98. He also invites attention of this Court to heirship certificate issued by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Rahata, Dist. Ahmednagar declaring applicants to be legal heirs of late

In that view of the matter, there is no impediment to allow the civil application. Hence, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 6008 OF 2025 IN WP/1704/2009 .

The present application is moved by legal heirs of deceased Shri Mansukhlal Dagadulal (Dagaduram) Ostwal, who is entitled to receive amount in terms of order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.14016 of 2015 along with connected company matters. 2.

Learned Advocate appearing for applicants invites attention of this Court to the list of beneficiaries submitted by Chief Executive Officer, Sai Baba Sansthan, Shirdi, wherein name of Shri Mansukhlal Dagadulal (Dagaduram) Ostwal appears at serial No.49. He also invites attention of this Court to heirship certificate issued by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Rahata Dist. Ahmednagar declaring applicants to be legal heirs of late Shri Mansukhlal Dagadulal(Dagaduram) Ostwal.
