Since the application is only to correct typographical mistake that occurred while typing the name of the applicant No.1, no notice is required to the respondents.

This Court has already disposed of the first appeal in which the legal heirs of deceased Prasannakumar V. Rangappa were brought on record.

While showing the legal heirs, the name of present applicant No.1, "P Jayaratna w/o. Prasannakumar Rangappa" was wrongly shown as "B. Jayaratna w/o. Prasannakumar Rangappa". The applicants have produced on record a copy of Aadhar card showing her name as "P Jayarathna Prasanna" being the wife of the deceased V. R. Prasanna Kumar, her name is "P Jayarathna".

Considering the above, the civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".

The name of "B Jayarathna" wherever appears in the judgment, order and decree, be corrected and substituted as "P Jayarathna".
