Applicant seeks to condone delay of 3856 days caused in filing first appeal. It is stated that for the reasons stated in the application the delay deserves to be condoned. 3.
The averments in the application are not controverted by the respondents. The delay is unintentional. In similarly situated matters the delay of 3858 days has been condoned by this Court vide order dated 10.12.2025.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands
2 33 ca 6175.25 condoned on condition that the applicant shall not be entitled to claim interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. The civil application is allowed. Office shall register the first appeal. The civil application is disposed of.
