This motion is for speaking to minutes to order dated 23.06.2025.

Learned counsel for the applicant would point out that in First Appeal No. 1383 of 2024 original claimant Prakash Baburao Shinde died and he is survived by his heirs, who are brought on record. One of the heirs Sindhubai Prakash Shinde is unable to speak and she is not in a position to satisfy the Registrar (Judicial) in respect of the undertaking as ordered by

I do not find any difficulty in giving clarification to the order considering the physical condition of Sindhubai Prakash Shinde.

Following clause shall be added in operative order of para No. 4 of the order dated 23.06.2025, "In case of First Appeal No. 1383 of 2024 any inquiry in respect of the undertaking to the extent of Sindhubai Prakash Shinde shall be conducted through her son Somnath Prakash Shinde".

Necessary corrections shall be carried out and corrected copy be uploaded. Motion stands disposed.
