This application is for condonation of delay of 5089 days caused in filing the cross-objection. The first appeal/s is/are already admitted and is/are pending.

Considering this aspect and that the appeal is by the

(2) 904ca6188.25 claimants for enhancement, this court is inclined to allow the application. Therefore, the application stands allowed. The delay stands condoned. However, it is made clear that the applicants shall not be entitled to receive any interest, in case, the amount of compensation is enhanced for delayed period. The applicants shall file such undertaking within two weeks from today. 4.

It is informed that connected matters are pending since 2006.
