By filing affidavit-in-reply, learned advocate for respondents No.1 and 2 contends that they have complied with the order passed by this Court on 17/03/2015. He submits that respondent No.1 was removed from the post of President in the year 2016 and respondent No.2 is recently appointed as a Headmaster. 2.

Learned advocate for petitioner submits that thought the order was passed in the year 2015, respondents have taken ten years period for complying the the said directions. He submits that the petitioner has retired in the month of February, 2025. 3.

Though there is inordinate delay in complying with the directions, taking into consideration the above facts, we find that SVH

2 916-CA-6260-25.odt the delay is not deliberate. However, respondents No.1 and 2 are liable to pay the cost to petitioner.

In view of compliance of the order, contempt petition stands disposed of. Respondents No.1 and 2 shall pay cost of Rs.25,000/- to the petitioner. The cost shall be credited directly in the account of petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. 5.

In view of disposal of contempt petition, the order of issuance of bailable warrant is recalled. The civil application stands disposed of.
