Perused the application and prayers made therein. 2.

Looking to the prayers, it is clear that the applicant wants to issue writ of mandamus against respondent No.1 / Education Officer to decide his representation dated 02.05.2025, which is pending. However, aforesaid prayer is beyond the scope of pleading and relief claimed in present writ petition.

In that view of the matter, the civil application stands disposed with liberty in favour of the applicant to file proceeding as permissible under law.
