These applications are for bringing heirs of deceased Applicant No.1-Shaikh Sarwar Shaikh Nura Pinjari and Applicant No.2-Shaikh Anwar Shaikh Nura Pinjari on record by condoning delay. The deceased parties are the petitioners and the cause of action survives against their heirs shown in the cause title of the applications. Though there is delay, it can not be said that it was deliberate. 2.

For the reasons stated in the applications, I find it fit to allow both the applications. Both the applications are allowed and the
