Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner. 2.

This Court on 12.08.2024 had issued notice to Respondents and had passed conditional order to remove the Office objections within the stipulated period. Since the Petitioner failed to remove the Office objections within the stipulated period, the Petition stood dismissed. 3.

The reason stated in the Application for restoration of the Petition is that, due to oversight the learned Advocate for the Petitioner could not comply with the Office objections.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' & 'C'. Delay of 170 days caused in filing the Application is condoned. Application stands disposed off. 5.

The Office objections, in any case, be removed within a period of two (2) weeks from today, failing which the Petition stands dismissed without reference to this Court.
