Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 04.08.2025. 2.

It reveals from record that the dispute is over the possession of the suit property. Reliance is placed on the admission given by the plaintiff regarding handing over of the possession to the applicants. There was no temporary injunction operating in R.C.S. No. 481 of 2021. For the first time it is being granted vide impugned order below Exhibit 13. 3.

Parties shall maintain status quo as on today till the next date.
