The respective Applicants are seeking withdrawal of the entire amounts of compensation, which have been deposited by the
3 of 3 943-CA.6459.2025 acquiring body alongwith the interest accrued thereon. The acquiring body has deposited only 50% of the compensation amounts. 3.
This court in other connected matters has already permitted the Applicants therein to withdraw a part of the amount which is deposited by the acquiring body to protect interest of both the contesting parties. In view of the same, the Applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire 50% deposited amounts of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court stating that in case the appeal is decided, the claimants will deposit the amount immediately.
