All these civil applications are filed seeking restoration of contempt petitions which came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections.

It seems that there are delay in filing all these civil applications. For the reasons stated in the civil applications, all the civil applications are allowed and the delay caused in filing civil applications for restoration of contempt petitions, is condoned and the contempt petitions stand restored subject to the applicants depositing cost of Rs. 2,500/- each within a period of one week from today with the Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, at Aurangabad.

After restoration, list the contempt petitions on 05.03.2026.
