The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he was directed to remove office objections within two (02) weeks, however, he failed to take steps within two (02) weeks and, as such, the writ petition is dismissed. It is stated that there is some illegible pages which were required to be rectified and the Advocate has to contact with the client / applicant. However, the applicant faced medical emergency in his family and was not able to contact his Advocate.

Considering the reasons given, delay of 343 days caused in filing the restoration application is condoned. Order
2 997 dated 18.03.2024 to the extent of the petition is recalled. Three
(03) week's time is granted to remove the office objections. However, in the event, the applicant fails to remove the office objections within the stipulated period i.e. within a period of three
(03) week's from today, the order dated 18.03.2024 would stand restored.
