Perused the applications as well as the order passed by this Court, particularly the order dated 04.10.2025. By the said order, the learned counsel for the applicants was directed to submit how much interest the claimants were ready to pay on the amount of Rs.8,00,000/-. Today, learned advocate for the applicants submits that the applicants are ready to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Only) as a lump-sum amount in each civil application towards interest.

Considering the submissions of both sides, the applicants are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Only) as a lump-sum amount in each civil application within a period of four weeks from today, under the caption of interest, as per the directions of this Court in the order dated 04.10.2025. 3.
The applicants shall deposit the said amount with respondent No.2-Administrator, CIDCO, Aurangabad and shall place on record the receipt of deposit.
