Heard learned Advocates for the respective parties. 2.

By the present petition, the Petitioner assails the order dated 21.09.2022 passed by Respondent No.2-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been reinstated in service vide order dated 06.02.2025.

2 of 2 101-WP.5020.2023.odt In fact, the Petitioner was placed under suspension by order dated 21.09.2022. During the said period, the Petitioner has not received subsistence allowance till date.

In view thereof, as far as prayer clause (B) is concerned, the same stands satisfied. However, in respect of subsistence allowance from 21.09.2022 till the date of reinstatement, the Zilla Parishad is directed to pay the said amount within a period of three months from today.

The present petition is disposed of.

In view of disposal of writ petition, civil application does not survive and it is also disposed of.
