This motion is made for speaking to the minutes in respect of the order dated 12.01.2026.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph No.4 of the said order, due to an inadvertent omission, the direction relating to monetary benefits requires correction.

In view thereof, paragraph No.4 of the said order is substituted as under :

"In view thereof, as far as prayer clause (B) is concerned, the same stands satisfied. However, in respect of salary and allowances from
