The learned counsel for the applicants prays for issuance of notices only to respondent Nos.1-a, 1-b, 2-a and 2-b, who are the contesting parties and submits that respondent Nos.3 to 7 are formal parties. 4.

Although the extent of delay is very short (i.e. three days), since the delay is sought to be condoned in an application seeking review of the judgment and order passed by this Court, it is desirable to put the respondents on notice.

Issue notice to respondent Nos.1-a, 1-b, 2-a and 2-b, returnable on 13.08.2025.
